With over three decades of experience in education and leadership, Perminder has guided hundreds of students with compassion, clarity, and calm. But her journey didn’t stop at the classroom door.
​
She’s completed not one, not two, but three master’s degrees, the last one at the age of 50, purely as a gift to herself. Her love for literature and lifelong learning never faded, even while managing an active household, a demanding full-time job, and countless roles only a mother knows how to juggle.
​
Today, she brings her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering values to this new chapter, online income building. Side-by-side with her daughter Mehar (Mee!), she is learning, unlearning, and showing that it’s never too late to begin again.

Mehar is the creative spark, the strategist, and the soul-led storyteller behind Maatomee.
A passionate entrepreneur, digital educator, and now a daughter on a mission to build something meaningful with her mother, not just for her.

With 8+ years of experience as a business coach for coaches and personal brands, Mehar has worked with 400+ global brands, helping them scale their impact and income online. But even in the fast-paced world of social media and six-figure launches, she often found herself craving something slower, softer, and more real.
Maatomee was born from that craving, a place where building passive income does not mean burning out, and where legacy is just as important as growth.

Now, she is building this brand hand-in-hand with her maa, teaching her the digital ropes while learning perspective, and purpose in return.
